The Item is good and works good until now,...the only thing I never image,...was that I imaging that the item was more big, and too that was for desk, but could be my error, because I never tried to buy a book lamp,...but all is good too. Finally this lamp do the same that the big I wait. Thanks.

I have recently been searching for LED MR16 halogen replacements. Currently, we are running a large number of 50W MR16s in an always-on installation and the power bill reflects it. At 1/10th the power consumption, I was very interested in trying this Eiko. Some things to know: the main problem with most of the LED bulbs available today is either price, or output. Price can be negated pretty quickly with the cost of electricity in my area considering an always-on setting.
All in all I give this guy a 4. Light quality is good; it is warm, soft, and pleasant. However, its output at ~160 lumens compares to a 20W conventional bulb, and may or may not be bright enough for your needs (it isn't...quite...for ours). Still, it saves a bunch on bills if you can cope with that point thus I am rating it as above.
Vendor was great, shipping was very fast and packaged well -thanks!

This mounting track is a solid way of securing the rope lights; I won't be using the little brackets that come with rope lights any more. The track also has a very tidy look.

Oh I blew it. When I first got my nightlight, I thought it was gorgeous and put up a 5-star review. The next morning, it seemed defective so I changed the review to 1 star. The owner asked if I wanted a replacement or reimbursement but I couldn't be bothered...I was too annoyed.
But the owner contacted me again and wanted to make it right. He offered me a replacement of the incandescent bulb night light and I also ordered an LED one for comparison.
I love them both. I can't tell them apart. The owner took the standard 7-watt bulb and designed it so 6 tiny LEDs (check out the bulb offered on the first product page) are aligned so they glow straight out from behind the screen. The light is very steady and there's no bright spot. These bulbs give off no heat and are long-lasting. Each nightlight comes in a nice box, fit for gift-giving, and each comes with an extra bulb.
I highly recommend this light

We are replacing two lighting fixtures in our kitchen. We already purchased a fan fixture & were looking for complementary lighting for over the kitchen table. I found this style in a different brand but the specs were too large for the space. After doing some homework, I found the Yosemite Sequoia which was similar to the fixture I liked & looked as if it would fit nicely in the space. Amazon had the lowest price for the item (which made me a little suspicious) but I was willing to give it a buy. The item shipped immediately and was the last one available for quick delivery. First, the item ships in it's original box which was slightly damaged during transit. Overall, the lamp survived the trip. Second, there were minor imperfections or scratches in several areas of the metal & the edge of the glass was slightly rough. The glass bowl had a bit more swirl than I expected. Third and most important is that the wattage was supposed to be for three 100 watt bulbs but the lamp came with three 60 watt bulbs. We were specifically looking for 100 watt bulb fixtures since we already have a light dimmer installed. If it was up to me the light fixture would be going back (and it still might...) The electrician has already been called to install both fixtures so it's a corundrum whether to keep the pendant light as is, return it to Amazon & get a replacement with 100 watt capacity as advertised (and waiting 2-4 weeks for delivery & possible more frustration if another 60 watt fixture is sent out), or order it elsewhere for more $$$, quicker shipping and possibly better quality control (if it exists...)
The box is damaged enough that I would have to find another box to return the light in, not to mention pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the lamp is attractive and I would buy it againjust maybe not at Amazon (low price vs quality control..).

Received the light promptly and was happy with the price and free shipping(saved $12.00 over buying locally~25% of purchase price.)
The light is easy to install and instructions are good. Despite the time I spent deciding on where to locate the light, I wish I had placed it differently on my machine. The only suggestion I offer would to be include a little of the glue-dissolving substance in the light kit, in case of error. I'm not happy about having to locate a particular product to fix my misplacement of the light(using anything else might damage the machine surface).
Over alldefinitely a good product and good service from seller.
This is a later addition to my original review. Still am happy with the light, but it doesn't always stay in position and I find that I have to adjust it frequently. The part that holds the light in place has loosened I plan to reposition the light to see if that helps. It still provides good, strong light, but I must admit that the price does seem somewhat high. Am thinking of buying another for my serger, but will wait and just transfer from one machine to another.
It's made in China. The packaging is very difficult to open, even with sharp scissors.
Generally: The base is intended to stick on a flat surface using an attached 3M adhesive pad of some sort. If your surface isn't flat, you will have to improvise. I suggest that you look into Amazon's assortment of 3M "Dual Lock" products for an alternate, and more versatile, fastening means. The light comes from a single self-focusing LED. At 8" from the surface, the uniformly-illuminated hot spot is about 3" in diameter and there's a cone at greatly reduced intensity of about 10" dia. This is therefore best suited to task lighting of very small areas. Additionally, the head is small, only a little over an inch long and about 3/4" in diameter, so it's not too difficult to position it where it will light up what you want without getting into your line of sight. They include six small adhesive clips to route the power wire over (presumably) your sewing machine.
I like: the gooseneck is nickel-plated steel (so keep it dry) and mostly stays where you put it, as long as you're not expecting very small radius bends. The light itself is reasonably bright. Whether it's up to the claimed 50 lumens is debatable, as I have no way to measure it other than comparing to flashlights and their alleged outputs. Unscientifically, I'd say that this might be more like 25-30 lumens, but YMMV.
Could be better: 1) The color temperature of the LED is pretty high, I'd estimate in the 6K-7K range so it doesn't render colors on the red end of the spectrum as well as something a bit warmer would. Everything that it illuminates looks very bluish with reds looking more gray-red. 2) The transformer is hardwired into the light base with a rather thin 8' long two conductor wire. This is very clumsy in my opinion, because it forces you to dismount the lamp from the base (it slides out) for storage in many situations. Worse, in hardwiring it to the base, they have failed to include any strain-relief for protection against wire breakage due to normal handling and bending at the base. I can guarantee you that sooner or later one of the wires will break where it enters the base due to the sharp edges of the egress. This is a terrible design. The base apparently disassembles with two small philips screws so it may be possible to repair the breakage if you have the necessary skills and tools. 3) There's a power switch conveniently located on the base. Unfortunately, it doesn't switch off the power brick which stays pretty warm as long as it's plugged-in whether the light is on or not. You therefore have yet another phantom power-consumer of a few completely wasted watts.
On balance, if you are in need of a small task light, this is okay, but only okay. It's a little clumsy to install and use, and the color rendering may make it unappealing for some uses. I expect longevity issues if it's mounted and unmounted frequently.

Love the bright light over my sewing area. It is flexable so I can move it wherever I need the light.Best Deals for Bendable Bright Light Kit
This bendable light is fantastic! I just wish there was this kind of light on your sewing machine. The light that is available on my machine, I could hardly see what I was doing. Was using an Ott light over the machine but it still wasn't as good as this bendble light. You can see everything distinctly. Mine came also with adhesive clips to control the cord to keep it out of your way. It will be the best dollars spent especially if you sew a lot. It is also detachable so you can use it on other projects that a lot of light is needed. If you are wondering should I buy this and spend the money I say go for it.Honest reviews on Bendable Bright Light Kit

This was exactly the type of light I was looking for. I mounted it on my commercial sewing machine. I was having problems seeing the material once it came out the back side and blocked my light. This new light puts a very bright light on the front side of the machine. The only thing I wish they would improve is, making the flexible neck a little stiffer so it could not be repositioned as easily. Maybe I will get used to it being there and not bump it as often.2pcs 18W LED Work Light Lamp ATV Heavy Duty Boat Truck Jeep Offroad Review

Didn't see any other reviews so thought I'd post one. I bought these to replace two of the $11.00, 55W brand name ("H_ _ _a") halogen lights I was using as backup and work lights on my trailer. The 55W lights each drew about 4.5 amps for a total of a 9A drain on the battery. They are decent flood lights but I was never really happy with the light pattern as they more or less threw "pieces" of light across a wide area. Not an even lighting pattern and consumed a lot of power from the battery.
Replaced with these lights and am very happy. The mounting hardware is stainless and allows for a single stud-type mount or panel mounting via two mounting ears. The light is a significant improvement from the halogens. Not just a little better. Significantly better. Bright white with a slight blueish tint. I measured current draw at about 1.4 amps each, which is about right for 18 Watts. They have a wide, even lighting pattern with a very wide central "hot spot". In fact it's not really a hot spot, rather it's just a large area about 8 feet across with a blanket of bright white light, and a lot more that slowly gets dimmer as you get further away. This is not like some lights that have a central hot spot with the rest of the light coming from a rather dim spill-over area. When mounted on the top of my trailer about 8 feet high and angled at 45 degrees they will light up most of a residential cul-de-sac.
I like it.

I brought this pair of LED lights for my Simplicity zt mower. They are so bright and more than I expected. They are use less power (1.7A each) and well-fit mower's alternator (9A max). The part and building quality is excellent for the price: aluminum case and stainless steel hardware.I like it.

All I can say is "buy them". you'll love them. Bright and made of cast aluminum with cooling fins. Fully sealed units that run cool even without the cooling fins. Rarely do you find a product you can say is almost over-engineered. I bought because my local IKEA was being renovated and thus had temporarily closed its lighting department. I'm glad I did! Although these bulbs lack the glass covers of the IKEA units, it really doesn't matter since I'm using them in lamps that are mounted on walls. What's important is that the color and brightness of the light they emit is exactly the same, while the per-unit price is significantly lower. Simply put, I strongly recommend these bulbs because they're cheap and deliver everything promised.
So: is having to change the bulb that much more often worth the cheaper price to you? Consider that before buying these. I won't buy them again.

We have been living in our current home for almost 3 years. The track lighting in our kitchen is lit with IKEA bulbs (these were present in the home when we moved in, so I don't know the exact age but they are at least 2.5 years old) and one of these IKEA bulbs went out 5 months ago. (This was the first bulb to burn out since our move here.) I replaced it with one of these Anyray bulbs, which burnt out one month later. Thinking it was a fluke, I replaced it again with another of my newly bought bulbs. Today the second replacement bulb burned out. That's 2 of these out in less than 6 months, versus ONE burned out IKEA bulb (of eight total) over at LEAST 2.5 years. We have not made any changes to how much we use the lights in the kitchen. So: is having to change the bulb that much more often worth the cheaper price to you? Consider that before buying these. I won't buy them again.

this lights does all it claims to do however it is not that bright....and some of the colors run into each other as they are made up of primary colors...perhaps brighter bulb or frosting on glass would make it less noticeable. built pretty well though and the remote works fine even through a lampshade.

I have it mounted to a drafting table I love the flexibility, and it doesn't take up much space.
But when we got it we were disappointed. The joints can only be moved in one direction, so you can't really adjust it to your needs.
The brightness, however, can be adjusted but the highest level is actually not really bright enough.
The weight of the lamp is okay; for being somewhat bigger than usual desk lamps, it is not too heavy.
The design was what we expected and looks great. Too bad that they couldn't do a better job on the joints.

This thing is SiCK! I now have the coolest living room ever. Was thinking about buying a set for my car.
One issue tho. There was no instructions sent with this. And NOTHING on the main control box or ether of the 2 remotes have any label of what they do at all. So it's been very difficult to try and figure out.
Therefor, I have to give it 3 stars due to that being a huge inconvenience to me using it properly. Other than that, beautiful lights, bright and seem well made.

There a at least 2 lengths of T type bulbs and Amazon or its seller DOES NOT provide the information on this bulb length. I need the one that is just a tad over 3 inches, not the 5 inch model.
GE at least calls them both "T Type" bulbs. So if you need the longer one, this is it. If you need the shorter one, do not waste your time and money on this bulb. Gave the one I ordered from Amazon to a neighbor as I had no use for it.
Jim in So Calif
The first bulb that came was in a basically-flat cardboard mailer with a no-name courier service (LASERSHIP) with broken online tracking, and when I opened the package, I saw that the filament was loose inside the bulb so it obviously would not work (I did try it anyway and sure enough it did not work).
I asked for a replacement. The second package was better packed and came bu UPS, it was larger and had air pockets inside it, but the bulb that came was also damaged. The insulation that is supposed to be around the ends of the bulb was spread thinly over parts of the bulb surface which meant that the bulb was not sealed and the gasses could leak out and therefore would not work.
GE generally makes reputable bulbs and Amazon usually has good shipping, so I am not sure who is at fault. LASERSHIP does not have great reviews in the fragile-package-handling-department (that from a Google search for "LASERSHIP reviews") which could explain the broken filament, but I am not sure how the insulation could be broken in shipping.
I got a friend who drives by a place that had the bulb pick one up for me (for about the same price-per-bulb as Amazon, including sales tax).

I have tried "off brand" halogen tubes twice. Both times, the tube quickly became blackened by some sort of internal deposit. Within a week, almost no light could escape the tube. Better to stick with a well-known brand like General Electric, even if the cost is a bit higher.Best Deals for GE 99379 Quartz 300-Watt Double-Ended Halogen Bulb, Type T
Works well. Better than one from another company I bought where the ceramic cracked and sparks flew out of the bulb! This GE bulb is much better.Honest reviews on GE 99379 Quartz 300-Watt Double-Ended Halogen Bulb, Type T
It took a little pushing, but I got it into my lamp from Target. The ends have spring-loaded metal tips that you have to push in (like a toilet paper roll holder) to make it fit. Lights up fine; works with the dimmer adjustment.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for GE 99379 Quartz 300-Watt Double-Ended Halogen Bulb, Type T
I ordered this bulb for an old World Imports Halogen Floor Lamp (similar to Torchiere Floor Lamp, Black), since they are hard to find locally.
