This fixture was easy to install and adjust to fit most locations. I installed 4 in a suspended ceiling. The only problem I encountered was in removing or seating the adjacent ceiling tiles because the hangers have a clip that protrudes into the adjoining tile's space.

I installed 2 of these above the tub in my bathroom. The bathroom was on the second floor so I installed them from the attic. Installation was easy enough and I really like the push-in, no wire-nut, connectors.

The lights provide ample light above my tub. However, at 50 watts each, they are not going to be blindingly bright. If you need a brighter light, consider a 5" unit (up to 100 watts each) or a 6" unit (up to 150 watts each). Or make the best use of this light and direct it exactly where you want it by using the eyeball trim.

UPDATE: After recently cleaning up the wiring for some recessed lights in my new home I have to say I DON'T love push-in connectors. The only way to efficiently remove them is with wire cutters. Do yourself a favor and use wire nuts instead. Wire nuts are easy-on, easy-off.

we used about 40 of these and then switched to Lucifer Lighting. Halo tends to burn bulbs and the trim is poor.

I installed these cans because I liked the small size and ease of installation. However, when I went to purchase the trim the cost per each piece was over 50% of the cost of the actual can light. I would have rather gone with a standard six inch can and been able to purchase the trim at $5 each as opposed to almost $12 each. Just something to consider before installing throughout your home as I did.
