This product is definitely a great addition to anyone's computer extras. My sister turned me on to this product and I immediately wanted one: it's great when you travel (even if you're not traveling)and you're sharing a room with someone and you can't sleep and you want to do some computer work without turning on the light to wake up your roommate. The goose neck feature is especially helpful as I can position my paperwork just about anywhere around the laptop.

Worked when first plugged in. After a little adjusting LED went out. I had to brace it in place with a clamp for it to function properly. Sometimes it'll go out if I bump it a little bit. Sort of works good enough. I kept it because it's cheap and it's not worth sending back.

Bought this to plug into the usb power plug for my car's cigarette lighter. Now my son can read or see while we drive at night without having to turn on any overhead lights. Stores easily in the center console. Lots of light from this small device. Great buy!
