Most LED under cabinet lights are rated only for plug-in use meaning ugly cords and likely no ability to use a wall switch to operate. This one comes complete with the small junction box. The fixture should be mounted several inches from the back wall otherwise there will be a triangular spotlight effect on the back wall. Nice white light output. This product is pricey but it is the only one I found that could be hard-wired and still be code legal.

Purchased this to go over my kitchen sink. Perfect amount of light. It's white light, but not blinding or hot. The hardware to install is included. There's a junction box and connectors for the wiring. I installed a wall switch and ran the wire directly to the junction box included with the light. From the junction box, use the included cord that plugs into the end of the light fixture. If you want to string a couple of these light bars together, that option is available as well. I used two of these over a buffet area under cabinets and they work great.
