I've owned and used this daily for about 2 months. I'm very happy with the brightness and color temperature of the light!

The directions say not to leave the light plugged in too long after it is fully charged or the battery will die. There is no charge indicator. This means that the user must pay attention to the charging time and guess the charged condition of the battery. So far, I haven't destroyed the battery but it is a pain to worry about it!

I like this light but it flickers. It seems otherwise very well made, the magnetic base is nice for working under the hood. The only other problem I have with it is that there is no charge level indicator on the light. When you connect it to its charger the light comes on and it stays on until you disconnect the charger. So there is no way to tell if the light needs charged again or not. I contacted the seller, Brand Tools Online and they didn't offer any sort of help with the flickering problem.

I'm restoring a car right now and this light is a big help. It produces a lot of bright white light, way better than the old light-bulb breaking trouble lights. The light beam is about 2.5" wide at 3-4 feet away. It is a much more directed light than a light bulb.

I drop it and it keeps on working. The magnetic base is something I didn't know I would love so much. I use that all the time! The outside material is "grippy" but not to hard to clean.

Bottom line, this is the best "trouble light" I've ever had. Technology really has made the old tried and true much better.

this work light is awesome, powerful magnet that sticks to metal even if it is covered with mud. very bright light in confined spaces , I dropped this light a few times and no harm was done.
