These are good bulbs for the price or for any price. Good light, probably about 2700 K (much like an incandescent bulb) easy on the eyes. Clear lens, unlike many much more expensive bulbs. Haven't had them long enough to comment about their longevity.

Being a gallery owner, I use alot of halogen bulbs to correctly light the artwork in my gallery. These bulbs have held up well and are a good value.

These bulbs worked great for my range hood. I really was wishing that my range hood used a regular twist base bulb, but when I actually changhed the bulb these were just about as easy to change as the other. I was also worried that these bulbs wouldn't put out the same light as the bulbs in my old range hood which were 50 watt bulbs, but the light in thedr 35 Watts is just about teh same amount.
