To be clear the product received with this order worked perfectly. The lower rating is due to the fact that "Santa's Best" does not offer replacement bulbs for their products. Yes, it's LED, but they bdo burn out much quicker than you are led to believe. I had to buy a new string of lights soley for replacements to my 2 year old strands just for spare replacement bulbs.
