Package arrived from China. It took about 8 days after ordering (not too bad). I wired this between the power supply and the dimmer (had to cut into the dimmer harness) and it worked on the first try. It stays on for 12 seconds after you leave the sensing area (or if you just don't move). I would like it to last a bit longer. I opened it up to see if there was an adjustment (there is nothing to adjust). It seems to be very well made. There are two small circuit boards (one attached to the lid) with a ribbon cable between them. The machine screws that hold the lid screw into nuts mounted in the case (not just sheet metal screws into the plastic).
This is mounted on the bottom of a wall cabinet and the range is plenty enough to activate the under-cabinet LEDs.
I don't know what this cost to make, but the cost was quite reasonable when you figure that the shipping was free.
