This bulb fits a grand piano lamp. When I retired/moved and sold the piano the lamp was kept to fit over the futon. I always keep a spare bulb for quick replacement when needed. Since I no longer drive I order many items from Amazon. As a frequent shopper, I look for Amazon Prime or other free shipping.

Couldn't find a 60 watt T-10 frosted bulb at my local home center. I ordered 4 of these on-line as placement for wall sconces. Good match to the originals, although the light is slightly brighter. I solved this by replacing the bulbs in both sconces so they matched. Saved a lot of driving all over Los Angeles looking for replacements.

Pianey is in a pretty dark area and the lamp that this goes with takes two. Am really happy with the overall function. Will try and report back on longevity. And to elaborate. Big Boxes have 40's no problem, but no 60's at a couple of stores I checked. Oh well.
