These are perfect for our entertainment center. They are not as warm as conventional lighting but they sure burn less power than the bulbs they replaced (7 watts vs 40). After 15 minutes, the bulbs were still very dim. They just refused to come on! They were to go into a bathroom, so it was imperative they gave great light quickly. They are being returned.
