I thought my night light was so charming that I put up a 5-star review the day I got it. However, the next day I changed it to 1 star because the On/Off switch wouldn't work. The seller contacted me and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund and I said no just because I was so disappointed and annoyed.
After putting up a bunch of negative reviews, the seller contacted me again and asked if he could please make it up to me and change my mind? Here I am thumbing my nose at excellent customer service: how dumb am I??
I'm so happy I took him up on his offer because I really love this little light. I feel bad that it took me so long to be reasonable so I'm revising all my reviews to reflect the true quality of this night light: superb.
The screen is really large compared to most other nightlights so the image is crisp and clear. It has just the right amount of illumination. Each incandescent bulb light comes with an extra bulb. (If I were putting this light into a child's room, I would pay the little extra to get an LED bulb because they put out no heat.)
Maybe the best thing: the seller can work with you to get just about any image--even your own picture--you might want for the screen. The black frame can be easily pried off and you can exchange the plastic sheet with the image on it to put behind the glass screen.
I heartily recommend this night light. I am purchasing a bunch more to use as gifts and probably as prizes for small raffles I'm in charge of.I am very pleased with this product. It was shipped in a timely manner, will order from this company again, grandson is happy
