What can I say about a light bulb? Just be sure to order the right length. I didn't realize that there were two lengths and ordered the wrong one the first time. It is very bright and works great when you have the right one. These are good for applications where you need a bright light and heat does not matter. They do get quite hot! I gave it a 4 star because I'm not sure how a bulb could be outstanding. It works and does what it's supposed to do.
