An attractive and well built fixture, but it's clearly designed as a 4x4 post lamp. The installation instructions show application for 4x4 and 6x6, with the latter having the fixture sitting atop the pictured 6x6 base. When used as a 6x6 however the lamp looks shrimpy and out of proportion when compared to the mass of the 6x6 post it is resting on.
