Each strip is about 10.5 inches long, and they are designed to plug together without any additional wires required. Three of these strips measure 32 inches when connected directly to each other. The box contains a 12VDC 800mA power supply with an on/off switch, and several items for mounting (double-back sticky foam tape, mounting clips, screws). It also includes two daisy-chain cables that are about 4 inches long that could be used to jump the gap between modular cabinets.
Each strip consumes 60mA of current at 12VDC. One power supply could supply enough power for more than 13 strips.
In my case I wanted some LED light strips that could be used with a 12 VDC solar power system. I am placing four strips of these LEDs next to each standard fluorescent lamp. The normal lamps will run when the main power is working, and the 12 VDC LED strips will run when it isn't.
For the price this is not a bad deal. The LEDs are very bright (uncomfortable to look at directly). I just wish they offered the LED strips by themselves without the power supply for a reduced price.

I purchased these lights to go under my over the stove microwave oven. The reason I purchased them is because they were energy-efficient LEDs, and very small. Let me tell you how pleased I am with these lights. They completely brightened the top of my gas range and mount with double-sided tape out of the way of the exhaust fan. This unit comes with extra couplers so you can go around corners or mount the lights in a square pattern. These lights are efficient, well-made, and easy to install. If you're looking for extra light underneath the counter or somewhere else he needed to be inconspicuous I recommend these lights for you. The price is great the quality is good and with Amazon shipping how can you go wrong.Best Deals for Set of 3 x 10-inch LED Under Cabinet Light Strips with AC adapter
I bought 2 kits, one for each side of my sink to replace the old halogen lighting under my cabinets. The lighting looks great, but I had to do some modifying to get the system to work for my setup. Each kit came with mounting hardware, a power adapter (with built in rocker on/off switch), 3 LED strips, 2 short cables to connect between strips, and double sided tape.
I had to cut and add more wire to the short connect cables; they were about 4 inches long, so I made them about 18" so I had the ability to place the strips wherever I wanted. I also had to fabricate one extra connect cable since my setup has 6 strips powered by one adapter. I have one connect cable about 6 feet long to go over my sink and connect the 3 strips on the left to the 3 strips on the right.
The light these strips put off is very bright (the kit says 3000K), which is also very white. They do not run hot at all (unlike my old halogen system; I _hated_ that about that kit), and I'm sure they use even less electricity. The adapter is 800mA, but I'm only pushing 6 strips (I've heard this adapter can push 20 or something).
All in all, I'm very happy with the lighting kit, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve the look of their counter top area :)
