What can I say? It works fine. I replaced the original bulb in my dryer about a month ago. Looks like a night light bulb, but brighter. Difficult part was trying to figure out what type/wattage my dryer (basic Whirlpool electric model LEB6400LW0) needed.

The light went out in my dryer, and I thought this would fix the problem. It did not. Must be something else.

The original dryer interior light in my Whirlpool dryer burned out and I replaced it with a night light bulb but it didn't provide nearly the amount of light as the original. The original lamp appears to be 10 watts vs. most night light bulbs are 4 or 7 watts. I couldn't find the original 10 watt bulb locally except at appliance parts stores but the price was unreasonable compared to the price I found at Amazon even allowing for shipping (plus I didn't have to pay for gas to go to the store more than the shipping cost). I bought two bulbs since the price of shipping was the same. This bulb is as bright as the original and I am pleased with my purchase and would buy it again.

This is a hard to find 10C bulb. Get a spare like I did. Mine is for the inside of my Maytag dryer. The common 3, 5 or 7 watt bulbs you find just are not right enough in the dryer when you look in. 10C is what the machine came with. Save your gas and time looking and just order yours like I did online at Amazon. And no, I don't work for Amazon. =:=)
