This remote works as advertised. My wife and I are very happy with this remote. We are using it to torn on and off our backyard water feature. We can stand in the dining room or in our bedroom looking out across the yard and turn the feature on before we head outside, or turn it off before we go to bed. This beats the heck out of putting clothes back on and going outside at the end of the evening when we forget to turn the waterfalls off. I would recommend this remote for all you outdoor needs!

I have wireless internet and have to go and "reset" the wireless router from time to time to get it work again. I can now reach over, click the "magic" button on my power remote and turn it off and on without having to go downstairs. This works great!.

That's right, I plugged a VERY small air unit into this bad-boy and BAM, it almost set my house on fire when I clicked it on ONCE. The smell of whatever blew up inside was like burnt rubber, and I immediately threw it in the trash, where it belongs. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone, as it might burn down your house.
