I wanted to like this lamp but it was defective from the get go and i didn't know that the bulb was not replaceable... Just the fact that I cannot replace the led light made me want to return it.

Got my lamp just in 2 days from the U.S. (i live in canada). The lamp is of very good quality, the neck is flexible and the base is heavy enough so the lamp doesn't flip when the neck is turned. The light is very bright and cool.

Overall i am very happy with the purchase. love my lamp.

The lamp was smaller than I thought. If you only need white LED light in a small spot/area, it will do the work but if you are thinking of lighting in a broader space, not the right one.

I have been using this expensive halogen lamp at work that is so inflexible and the way it is designed took up so much space, plus you couldn't bend it to point directly on the document reader unless you wanted to deal with glare off the monitor--it's the standard desk light they distribute in this company. So, I bought this gooseneck lamp, it just arrived a few minutes ago, and already it is far better then my old lamp. The end of the lamp where the bulb is is a bit heavy, not sure how the flexible gooseneck will hold up over a long haul but so far, it's doing well. The light is that blue-bright light (like some of the high-end car headlights) so it illuminates extremely well and I can point the light beam directly on the thing I need it on. I'm very pleased and I'm taking my lamp with me when I no longer work here.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This lamp is very cool, the light is cool too, you know, on the blue side of the Kelvin scale, not as warm as an incandescent light. But I like it. I get up very early in the morning, every morning and write in my little home office with my laptop. The only light coming from this little lamp. It's simply perfect for my use.

I've read that others didn't think the arm was long enough, it's perfect for me. I have the light pointed straight down at my desk and it sends out just enough light to chase away the dark. Not too much, not too little. However, if I want more light, I just raise up the gooseneck.

Now add to the fact that this light just looks good and you have a real winning product. It's a masterpiece of simple design.
