I ordered two of these LED E27 lights and found them to work great! When put in my table lamp, they are the perfect fit and lend enough light for comfortable reading. The lights are "down facing" . I do not think they would work as well (for reading) if the lamp sockets pointed up or out. These type of bulbs would work well as accent lighting, too.

I expected a flood light size bulb, but this is tiny with a punch! Wow. It has the punch of a narrow spot light with the size of a MR-16 bulb. It's amazing. If it last for ten years, all the better.Best Deals for LED Light E27 15w Warm White 5*3w 110v-265v
I had bought a whole bunch of different LED bulbs to try out. Surprisingly, this "15W" bulb is about half as bright as a 3W bulb I tested. How can that be?It appears to be well constructed and may last a long time, but it's definitely not putting out the amount of light that is promised.

First day I got it was a DOA(dead on arrival). It does not work at all.Then I found it is the same product as the other 3x3W one I ordered earlier except that the size is bigger. The outlook is the same without any labels on it. No watts, no voltage, no lumen, no UL mark and no company name indicated on the LED bulb. I decided to return both of them.
