21 watt 1150 lumens Sylvania OUTDOOR LED Sylvania Part #352309 "Imported" you're not told from where.
The GOOD: The color temperature and the overall quality of light thrown is very very pleasing (I will say beautiful!) and focused.
(It's a little less "wide angle" beam than an old skool halogen PAR38 reflector flood but the difference is not enough for me to worry about).
The BAD: God awful expensive! Still costs roughly $55.00 $60.00 as of July 1st, 2013
My experience: So far so good! (6 months use)
I see reports that some of the Sylvania outdoor LED bulbs do not have reliable long term longevity.
Frankly all the brands Feit, and others have a higher defect rate that the old incandescent floods. I'm guessing that outdoor capable PAR bulbs are past infancy to "toddler" stage. I suppose in 5 years they will be totally affordable and bulletproof but I'll take the risk. It sure beats getting out the ladder every 6 8 months and the electric bill that goes along with it.
> This bulb has a 3 year Manufacturer's warranty. Wherever you buy it, keep your receipt AND UPC!
> I have hung half of the original cardboard /graphics for the bulb in my tool room.
What to do:
If you bought it from Amazon and it dies within Amazon warranty period use that.
Otherwise...
If it dies within 3 years, Sylvania package instructs to return bulb with "register receipt", proof of purchase(UPC?) with your name and address to: (This is from my package as of Dec 2012)
OSRAM SYLVANIA Inc
(don't know if I can mention street address or not in a review)
Winchester, KY 40391-2296
Package verbiage says "Osram will replace the bulb. This is the sole remedy available."

NOTE: Sylvania seems to make a zillion steppings and strata of PAR38 models.
If used outdoors, you'll want this in a partially enclosed but NOT full enclosed fixture. Package lists the Maximum Operating Temperature as 113 degrees Fahrenheit (there goes Phoenix ...and some other cities in this current heatwave? Seriously..I wonder if these things melt in extreme summers, I'm in Portland, we've only hit 96 degrees this year.) My bulb is protected from direct rain by 20 inches of eave outcropping and the partial fixture cover around the base by my security lights.
