We bought a number of these for use on a security team.. within a short time they all have quit working. You have to shake them now to get them to turn on but if you move the light is goes out... I bought a bunch of these Cree flashlights and while they may not produce the advertised lumens, they are plenty bright and I have not had any quality issues with them. One thing to note is that you need to buy good batteries. I wouldn't touch the cheap 18650's offered by the flashlight makers. It bright, adjustable/zoomable and that's exactly what I wanted in this flashlight. When you zoom in it can flush all the detail by how bright it is but that's not a problem for me.
