I ordered the maximum of 8 baffles; at a great price and usually difficult to locate.
Two of the baffles were each missing one attachment spring. I contacted Amazon
but absolutely no reply. So what are the options for broken or missing parts when ordered
from Amazon? I am reluctant to place anymore orders from Amazon as customer service
seems non-existent. I have made smaller orders from Amazon in the past and never needed
to return or question anything (books, CD's). I guess I have been really lucky with prior orders.
Would highly recommend the baffles but not with missing parts.
