I wanted a light over my basement door that had motion very inexpensive & was relatively easy to install works fine comes on on occasion with larger bugs (I think) but you can't get away from that with a motion sensor!

I needed to light a dark walkway and I bought this light while on sale less than $20. It was an excellent buy for my purpose. I'm confined to a wheelchair and now have no worries whether I left light on to waste electricity or if I'm coming home to darkness. With the photocell and motion sensor just supply it with hot circuit and let fixture do the rest. I wish I had bought more while on sale. I'm about to spend $30 on another one.It's not a big industrial size fixture. It is small enough to replace a wallmount or ceiling mount door fixture.

The glass burst on the second day of use. We got a heavy rain and even though this light was under an awning the glass shattered. Terrible.
