The light function of this product is excellent. The heating portion is ok on a normal day if you step out of the shower and under the light there is a moderate amount of heat, on a really cold day there is only the light no heat. I would purchase the product again and will when new bathroom is added however I will not expect a 250w bulb to heat a 60 sq foot room.
