I bought a bunch of these for myself and my camping friends. I was a little skeptical because they are just plastic and seem whimpy, but a year later, everyone still loves their powerful, lite weight lamps and they're holding up beautifully. Wasn't crazy about the color, but if that's the WORST thing I can say about these, that's pretty darn good. One friend uses hers as a nite lite in her motor home and says it's still glowing in the morning. I use mine for reading or playing cards and it's PLENTY bright. Another couple loves them because they can read in their bunk without disturbing each other because of the directional flexible neck. Also great for just hooking over your arm on that trek to the outhouse in the dark! Having the option of charging by sun or battery/computer makes them extra reliable. Portable, very lite weight, long lasting. I will order more when other colors become available!
