I purchased this to replace a WAC light of the same type that was about 12 years old. Overall, I like the lights but the sockets seem to deteriorate over time on most of them I don't know if it's a heat issue or not. The new ones seem to be better ventilated so maybe it won't be a problem. Otherwise, it's still a quality light. My only other issue is that I couldn't match the finish because it doesn't appear that WAC makes the one I had anymore (polished brass). Since this light is installed in a built-in where the housing is mostly not seen, this was not an issue.
