I bought one of these for my wife because she's an architect and she's likes stuff like this. I'm an engineer so I figured I was just paying a lot of money for LED flashlight with a massive diffuser, but the wife likes what the wife likes. At the end of the day I still think I paid a lot of money for an LED flashlight that with a massive diffuser, but admittedly the sum of the parts adds to a spectacular experience. The charging base is this nifty platform that you just rest the orb light on. The light is waterproof. Which I didn't really believe until I held the light and saw how it was built. It can also be remote controlled. How needlessly awesome is that? So yeah. It's big multi-mode, color changing, rechargeable LED flashlight with a massive diffuser. It's just a super awesome one that's totally worth the money.
