LEDwholesalers rates an "outstanding" for their customer service. I replaced 32 fluorescents with the 1943NW. Rewiring the lights to remove the ballasts was a rather simple operation. The new L.E.D.s match the light spectrum of the fluorescents they replaced. The only noticeable differences are the two-to-three second delay for the bulbs to light and the reduction in my monthly electric bill.
