This seemed like the perfect little light to go with my Kindle. There is more than enough light, it is compact and folds up very small but it doesn't stay clipped to the Kindle very well. I also bought the Adapter that Amazon suggested with the light....imagine my total surprise when I found out there's no place to plug the adapter in on the light! I wasted money and will have to return it. Size is perfect and works well with books but, not ideal for the Kindle and DON'T BUY THE suggested AC Adapter there's no where to plug it in!

Works as advertised. I would buy another one if needed. Very bright light. If you clip it onto the Kindle, the plastic on plastic will have it sliding off. Great for books, ok for the Kindle or Kindle type products.

Well built, compact, and clever little gadget. The flexible neck wraps around the compact main body and is firmly held in place by tabs. The light is bright, but it's a single LED, so it's perhaps weaker than some of it's multi-LED competitors. No matter, it's easily bright enough to read by. The neck is very flexible, yet readily retains it's form. It's much lighter and more compact than other book lights I've used. The single flaw: the clip may be a bit on the weak side, so the body might shift while in use. If not for that, I would have given five stars instead of four.

I use this with books, not e-readers, and the light is bright enough. The neck is very flexible. If you have too few pages (like, at the end of the book), the clip cannot hold firmly. However, this can be easily fixed by clipping it to the other side of the book.

I must have a million book lights and always there is something wrong, sometimes a little nagging thing other times a huge malfunction. This little beauty is compact, sleek AND functional. Nice and bright, you can adjust it so your sleeping partner is not disturbed by the light, yet it is bright enough to actually read by. It folds up into a neat little package and stores easily in an ereader sleeve or even with your glasses in a soft case. I love mine. No comment yet on battery/bulb life since I have not had it long enough to tell but so far so good.
