These are great lights (but I got them in the mail and it was just a box of bulbs so make sure you order the cord too!). We used them at my friend's patio party and they created an amazing atmosphere. However they are pretty fragile and I managed to break one already. Luckily, they are not the type of string lights that won't work if a bulb is missing, so all is well... except for the missing bulb.

Needed bulbs to replace some that had burned out of a string purchased a couple of years ago not easy to find these were perfect and arrived safely packed in an egg crate-like box with no breakage.

Received the product 2 weelks after scheduled time, also received the wrong product. I called the Customer Service Line and was placed on hold for 10 minutes after i told them that i need to return iteam. Thereafter, the call "disconnected" so I tried again and was told that they were having hearing me and was told to callback later as "my" phone had too much static????? horrible customer service buyer beware!

I used these hard to find bulbs to light paper lanterns for our outdoor wedding. When looking for bulbs I was concerned about having efficient lighting during our reception, while also being safe and affordable. These particular bulbs were recommended by the paper lantern manufacturer and worked perfectly. I only needed one box, however I ordered two due to the other reviews I read about broken and/or non working bulbs, plus they were very inexpensive in comparison to other bulbs I found in local hardware stores. We only used one box and found nothing wrong with any of the bulbs. Also, I was on a time constraint to have these in time for our wedding and they arrived exactly when promised. These bulbs along with the paper lanterns provided the perfect initmate lighting I desired for our outdoor reception.

Lights came with several already burned out and they are EXTREMELY fragile and break VERY easily. Would not buy again.
