received the sockets in reasonable time after ordering.

the sockets are the same size as ones removed from defective light fixtures, but mounting holes are spaced and located differently from originals..

required some modification of light fixtures to use these, but they are better quality than originals.

price for these five pieces was a good deal.

Well made components that tightly grip the bulbs. This makes the bulbs slightly harder to install the bulb than you might expect but it is not unreasonable. You do want a nice tight connection though.

The leads on these are very thin but OK for use with the low voltage lighting that I am using them for.

Even though this wasn't the root cause of the lighting issue I had bought it for, it is well built and has a extra tab to help hold the bulb prongs in place. Better than your normal cheap stuff!
