The bulbs themselves are nice, but from the description, I expected these bulbs to be cooler color than a typical bulb, but they are actually 200k warmer than a standard 'soft white' CFL. If you're looking for light which is closer to daylight color than lightbulb color, don't pick these.

I am pleased with warm color of this light. It turns on instantly, but doesn't reach full brightness immediately. It takes maybe 30-60 seconds.I have two of them, and they have held up well so far, which is about a year. I appreciate the energy efficiency and less wasted heat.
