The lamp is really small and looks pretty fragile. It came shipped from Hong Kong in nothing but bubble wrap and lots of tape. There was no box. It does work however. Before you spread the wires(branches), it looks like a plastic bse with wires sticking out of it.

This tree is fun fun fun. The base, which has simpley gorgeous colors illuminates throughout the branches. It's big enough to get it noticed but small e nough to put on any desk or dresser
