Received this within 2 days "Prime" it appears to be well made and puts out a great deal of light. States that it is equal to 50 watt, but I would rated it closer to 60 Watts. Very Pleased

Since I have only had the light bulb for a week it is hard to rate the performance of this bulb now. Appears to be OK

Mine is turned on most of the time (replacing a high-wattage torch lamp), providing enough light to move around and see well enough to eat or just hang out. Not quite bright enough for reading or really lighting up the whole room, but does seem equal to the 50 watt claim.

I like the color of the light it creates also, better than a CFL.
