Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I own an entire set of various sized Energizer LED candles, all of the same style but different sizes. They all share certain things in common and they all have an on/off switch on the bottom, they all mimic the flickering flame of a real candle, and are all ideal for situations in which an open flame would not be appropriate such as where pets or young children could knock one over or someplace with too little clearance for an open flame. From there I will point out the individual differences to help readers choose which candle they prefer. It will be helpful to you to refer to the photo I posted of all of the different models together.

Unlike the other Energizer models, these are not made of wax and the base of the candle does not glow, only the "flame" part lights up. They also do not have the vanilla scent the other models have.

The flickering effect of the entire Energizer line is one of the best I have seen although the tea lights are less realistic because you are looking directly at the fake "flame" rather than a glowing candle base like the others.

The color of the light is an exact match for a traditional candle, neither too white nor too yellow. They also produce almost exactly the same amount of ambient light as a traditional candle of the same size.

The tea lights and votives do not have timers. Most of the other pillar candles do.

COMPARISON:

-DTM6DL009 Tea Lights: on/off switch only (no timer). Base does not glow, entire flame exposed. Least realistic looking, looks like what it is ... a flickering LED light, not like a real flame. Uses relatively expensive 1 CR2032 battery each.

-DVM3DL007 2x2.5 Votives: on/off switch only (no timer). LED deeply recessed, entire base glows. Uses 1 CR2032 battery each.

-DPM2DL004 3x3 size pillar: on/off/4 hour switch. LED not quite as deeply recessed, top 2" of candle glows. Uses 3 AAA batteries each.

-SPS1DL045 large pillar size: on/off/4/6/8 hour switch. LED is NOT in the shape of a flame (it is flat and roughly the size of a matchhead). Entire candle glows. If you look into the top of the candle it looks the least like a "flame" but otherwise the light output and flicker are almost the same as the other pillar candles. Uses 4 AA batteries.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program can never have too many battery powered tea lights, especially if you like parties or holiday entertaining. These are perfect for parties, the elderly, children (although not for those who like to place/swallow plastic objects mouths) or anyplace where a tiny flickering flame is wantedbut without the hazard of a real fire. They are easy to use. They include a tiny battery which you just switch on and switch off whenever you a nice amber flame.

We use a lot of these at Christmas in our windows. They produce a lovely cheerful light.

These are well-made with an amber flickering flame. There is a plastic bit at the top that even looks like a tongue of flame. These aren't anything fancy, but are simple and useful nonetheless.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program These tealights have an amber flicker that looks realistic. They are well made and the batteries is secured with a screw. They can be safely used anywhere without the concern of fire, and no smoke spots on your ceiling. The coin lithium replacement batteries can be found on Amazon, but the batteries should last 75 hours per the information booklet.

Candles can change an environment to warm and inviting, romantic, or festive any day of the week. With these tealights every night can be special if you want.

I use these around my bathtub. I like a lot of candles around it. I take a bath at night before I go to bed. I have these and some larger flameless candles. Then I light my little oil warmers, with some lavender essential oil in them, play my mp3 of nature sounds, and relax.

These flicker very realistically and the light they give off is the same as candlelight. I don't want a whole bunch of real candles all lit at the same time in a small room. These combined with the larger ones I have are just the right amount of soft flickering light.

I can't say how long the batteries will last in these. But from say a little distance of three feet, you really can't tell these aren't real candles. They are just lovely.

I do love my sensual warm baths and take them quite seriously. These give just the right amount of light.

if you buy 6 they come out to like $12 if you buy the 4 pack its $7. its cheaper to buy 4 of them rather than 6 it looks like junk anyways but id just thought id warn yall.
