Be careful. Under "Specs" it says "Bulb type: LED"...they are not. They are xenon filamen bulbs. The box says, "Easy light"...it is NOT. It is a series of "spring, small tube support, bulb....spring, small tube support, spring... etc. until you get a set of 10 bulbs finalized with a spring and the end cap. Don't let go! It's a spring-loaded eruption!. The box says, "cool"...it is NOT...10 5 watt, xenon bulbs is quite warm and a total of 50 watts is quite a bit of electricity when led uses very little and ARE cool. It might be a typo, but it is definitely not worth the huge price tag, especially since it isn't led.

The light is fine, especially since I didn't have to put it together. The one who did complained about the directions and had trouble finding all the parts. Substituted O-ring to complete. (Later found ring.)

I really liked the light. True, it is not LED and not "cool". However, I've used it less than a week and all of the sudden all of the lamps were blown. I have no idea why. I got up one morning and it was dead. Not impressed.

Up-date. In partial defense of Eurofase. The problem turned out to be that I only had 9 lamps installed (no, I didn't count until after the fact, I just thought they'd included extras), but that was because I was missing a spacer (one each goes between the lamps). Besides. it seemed to work fine....until they blew. :) Instead of trying to return the lamp (which Amazon is great at)I ordered new bulbs, because I wanted frosted lamps instead. Europahse was great about sending me a spacer at no charge.

We have two of the Eurofase picture lights, an 18" and a 27". The first thing I noticed about them is how slender and delicate they are. Installation was fairly self-explanatory, which is good because the instructions are weak, although I did make one frustrating mistake that required removing and reattaching one mounting bracket. The lights bulbs are held in place by friction caps on either end of the light bar, and I am a bit concerned that thecaps might not continue to function properly over time. In all, the lights will prove to be good value if they hold up over time.

Don!t bother. Very flimsy. Spring loaded so pieces fly all over the place. Also, very warm to leave on for long period of time.
