I had some problems initially setting up the light and holder. The light did not work with the bulbs pointing doward, but worked fine point upward. Reinstallation of the batteries solved the problem somehow. The lights could be brighter.
The bracket holder would best be attached to the art frame; however, in my case, the frame is quit expensive so I elected to hang the light from the wall above the frame. Be sure to measure carefully prior to installation of the bracket. After 4 trys, I finally was successful. The plastic bracket mentioned in other ratings has been replaced with a metal one.
Overall, good value, nice appearing, and worthy of purchase

Looks great, I love no wires and remote control. The led light lights are able to dim,and battery life is suppose to last 100 hours. The only improvement that I would consider is smaller batteries AAA or AA this would reduce the weight on the lamp for easier mounting on back of picture frame. I mounted mine to the wall (stud) using smaller batteries means shorter battery life. I wish it was a larger size for a 36 x36 painting in order to give it better coverage. this one will do, however, as I like the color and the remote control.
