When we had our bathroom re-done, the electrician installed two toggles and an outlet, which is not a typical switch plate configuration. We couldn't get a stock switch plate cover in a brushed nickel finish anywhere believe me, I looked. Switch covers in this configuration that matched our brushed nickel accents were extremely expensive often close to $50 plus tax and shipping, so we just used a white plastic one. I hated the way it looked.
When I saw Elk Clickplates online, I was cautiously optimistic. I was able to buy the components for just $24 plus tax and shipping what a deal! The product met all of my expectations. It was easy to get the three components together, and it looks great. Just bear in mind that there will be a "seam" where the pieces come together. Still it is much nicer than white plastic, and having a switch plate that matches our lights, mirror and faucets is so nice. Very solid and well made.
