I recieved the product on time, the lamp looks very nice but after installed and power on the light blinks and take a few seconds to start, not sure is this is a defect, I bought two lamps will check with the second one

I bought two of these lights for my new bathroom and I liked the brushed aluminium part. Even though the size is mentioned, they looked much bigger and actually a lot nicer than expected!Now I am totally in love with my bathroom lights, it gives more than enough cool light to do make-up!
