One of the really nice and somewhat unexpected features of this headlamp is the case: it is shaped like a flashlight, so the headlamp can be used like a 'regular' flashlight or clipped to a belt. I thought this was a nice touch.

This headlamp is very bright. So bright, in fact, that I had to tell my son not to look at me when he was wearing it -my eyes couldn't take it up close. The headband is comfortable and adjustable and the batteries are easy to install. I don't know about the battery life yet, but I'll update this review once I have more experience in that area.

Not for distance lighting. I use it for working under vehicle dash. Low profile not in the way. The battery holder can slide on the headband if your head is resting on the floor of the dash so you can move it to a different spot.

Love this headlamp! Especially the fact that it can also be a hand held flashlight or clip on to my belt! Very bright light, lightweight, and the battery pack in the back makes it a lot lighter on my forehead. Great idea! Great price, too!

Works well; lights up the area very brightly. just avoid looking directly into light because it is so bright.

I guess the saying you get what you pay for is true on this case. Spend a little more money and get the ZebraLight Flood instead, its an awesome headlamp.
