These globes are the 3 inch base type, and 8 1/2 inches tall. They do exactly what is expected of them, they block breezes and wind, and draw updraft for your oil lamp to work properly.
Nothing fancy, they are not expensive, they work, and they look like they should.
They come in 6 packs, so I bought two packs, just to have extras on hand should friends or neighbors break one or not have enough.

You should know that when you order ONE of these you get SIX. The box inside the shipping box had been opened. They are too short for my purpose. These glasses were simply beautiful on a wedding day for my daughter. We placed them down a trail on some old antique candle holders and they have stood up to rain, etc. with ease.
