Light arrived all dinged-up with all four glass globes in shards. The shipping box was thin cardboard and inside foam packing was less than 1/4 inch thick-obvously NOT enough to protect the product during shipping. From other reviews I have read, this is an on-going issue from this company. I am hoping the manufacturer will replace it and do a better job of packing next time-we shall see.

The lighting is beautiful, and was not too difficult to install with two people. It was as I expected based on the photos and research I did online.But, the box came damaged, and one of the shades was not well packaged to protect it. Amazon was not able to replace just the shade, but gave me the choice of returning the entire lighting unit for a full refund, or giving me a 20% discount. I chose the discount and called the manufacturer to order a new shade with my refund. The manufacturer was great! They sent me a new shade which I received in just a week!

This is a fabulous Art Deco style light. It did arrive with a slight dent that my electrician was able to "fix". However, the same guy commented on the uniqueness of the light fixture as in it's very nice not the run of the mill light that's so common every where. I wanted to upgrade the builder's bulb fixture that came with the house 13 years ago and believe this to be a great choice. I didn't give it a 5 rating due to the dent. Otherwise, it's a good value for the money. I like the way the frosted glass slips to the side to easily change the bulbs. Although 100 watt bulbs are recommended, I find that 75 watts is more than enough for my large bathroom. This is the perfect bathroom fixture for my decor. The bathroom is kinda dark with dark wood trim and blue paint and I needed something that would blend in but also be BRIGHT enough to illuminate my face in the mirror during my morning rituals. This is the solution. Well made, metal with glass semi-globes, easy to install and enough light to make my previously dim bathroom a pleasure to be in.
