*NOTE* the seller is selling "Two" 3 packs. This is accurate, I recieved two packs of three, however, one issue, both packs were programmed with the same channel. So if I had a #1 downstairs and upstairs, both controllers would control both (so I was turning lights on and off downstairs when I was upstairs).... I thought about sending one back but then had an amazing epiphany (and yes, it took me about a day to figure this out)...lol.. I have two lamps downstairs in the living room that I used both #1's on, so one click and both lamps come on.. same thing with my bedroom, two lamps, used both #2's.
Actually I think this works out better this way! So maybe they send two packs with the same channel on purpose! LOL

This product is sold as a single set of three and and dual set of three versions. I received the "Two 3 Packs" version as a Christmas present. The first set of three that I opened, had a defective unit in it. The three would all turn themselves off and on with the remote, but one of them would not cycle the power to what was plugged into it.
Not wanting to bother my son (who gave them to me) with the return process, and having some experience with electronics, I decided to pop it open to see what the issue was. Getting past one of the six screws that hold the two halves of the case together (one of the screws had a QA sticker covering the access hole by the way) revealed two circuit boards. The main board had the relays on it that applied or removed power to whatever is plugged into the unit. This relay had a bad solder joint on it causing the issue. I resoldered the joint, reassembled the unit and voila. It worked.
Being somewhat satisfied, I opened up the second set of three and noticed that the little sticker on the remote had the same 4 digit code on it as the first set of three. I was thinking, no... they wouldn't package up two sets with the same code programmed into them now would they? Yup. They most certainly did. There were no included instructions for the user on how to change the code.
The bottom line is, I guess I'll have to give the second set to someone else, because it is unusable to me with the same code.
