Firtst, I have no issue with the product. The price was great. I ordered 7 bulbs, which were shipped in a small package, all tubes touching, and the bunch covered with one thin sheet of bubble wrap. A few pieces of popcorn packing were in the box. Guess what? One of the bulbs was broken, no surprise. I spoke with customer care, who were very nice. I ordered a few more bulbs and they included the replacement bulb. I reminded them about the poor packing job done originally. Guess what? The bulbs were packed exactly the same as before, and, surprise, one bulb was broken. This time they just reimbursed the price of the broken bulb.
This review is with regard to the company. The product is just fine.

These bulbs have a good color temperature and even brightness that were required for my Geochron clock. No issues with starting.
