Not sure about how many lumens it actually is, but if you need a nice bright light and are looking to save some bucks, check this guy out!

When I got the light the glass lens was loose all I had to do was make the piece where the battery touched bigger by unscrewing it a bit.

The light has 5 modes, and seems like it might have memory, but I'm not entirely sure.

Batteries and charger work fine, charger is a bit cheap but what do you expect.

Great construction and definitely worth the price!

Good quality light. Prob not 1300 lumens but brightest flashlight I've ever owned.showed it to my friends and they were impresses also.
