shipped from china and arrived in lesstime than my other order from amazon here in the states. of course cheap packaging from china, but the product seems to work well for the last two weeks. the lights are dimmable and are the only thing that fits in my spot lighting . anything i found at the store was 30 dollars or more and didnt work as well.... i am happy with the product so far... these are supposed to last 20 years plus, so i guess time will tell on that
