This LED light strip is great. I love the color, which is very warm and not too amber or yellow. It has a protective coating (flexible silicon bubble) over the entire strip, making it very weatherproof, though I wouldn't trust it too be waterproof.
I measured the actual power consumption: 1.07 amps (12.84 watts) when at full brightness. This means that you could safely power 3 of these strips (3.21 amps) from the 4 amp power supply, if connected in parallel.
Note: the supplied PWM dimmer is only rated at 2 amps, so I would either run a more capable dimmer, or use one of these dimmers per strip.
