I'm very pleased with these Cree Q5, 3 mode, 350 Lumen, Zoomable Flashlights. I ordered two. Both arrived safely with reasonably good packaging from China. The package arrived in 20 days, which is prompt for mail from China to USA. I tested both with a AA battery (haven't received the separately ordered more powerful lithium ion batteries yet). They both work correctly and are bright. The size is good for everyday carrying and the clip seems strong. The aluminum bodies seem sturdy and well fitted. The mode switch works well, and they have a good wide range of focus. The Chinese flashlights always have exaggerated Lumen numbers, but these are bright. I'd guess 120 Lumens with the weaker AA battery, comparing them to my other known USA flashlights. I haven't had them long enough to determine durability.

I also bought 4 of the 300 Lumen, 1 mode model. The markings differed on the 300 model and the build quality was much poorer. Focus sliders are sloppy loose, threads are badly machined and rough on the 300 Lumen model.

The two models were obviously made by different manufacturers. Even the lesser models do perform as intended. At this low price the lower build quality is acceptable to me, but I'd recommend buying the 350 Lumen model.

All no matter what brand are exactly the product whether you pick a Ford, Ultrafire, Trustfire, or others. Definitely nowhere near 300/350/400 lumens depending on the distributor. My guess would be closer to 75 lumens or less. Focusing lens retracts and some are looser than others, requiring constant adjustment. However, for 4 dollars and less, a LED chip, and a single battery, these make great "convenience flashlights" around the house or camper! Just don't ever think about trusting them for mission critical performance, survival, back up, or defense use!!!!!

this is an awesome little flashlight,i like that it runs on a single aa battery,i have a 150 lumen flashlight and it doesnt even come close to this,i love that it has an adjustable beam,and the case is quality material,for the price you cant go wrong with this little beast,carrying this everywhere i go now,would make perfect christmas presents,buy it,you wont be sorry!

This is a great little light. The Cree bulbs last nearly forever and are pretty good at battery consumption. They are surprisingly bright for a single AA battery. I use the rechargeable ones and they work just fine. I have nothing but good thoughts about this little light and would recommend it to anyone in need of a well built and dependable yet inexpensive small flashlight..
