I am an industrial Designer and have been looking at circline bulbs for some of my projects. Fluorescents were inefficient and did not reflect the quality of the rest of my designs. This is the only Bulb that i could find on the internet and took a risk purchasing it. When I received the was delightfully surprised. The housing is an aluminum casting and lens is polycarbonate, needless to say the attention to detail is great. I contacted the company with a few questions and had a great chat with the owner.
