...i did not. These Lutron products are great, but research on the Lutron website which switch you need for your fixtures. This one works best with typical line voltage incandesants. I did a kitchen renovation and added switches everywhere for better controls. I wanted this switch to avoid adding a second ganged switch, however the fixtures I'm powering are all low voltage with internal transformers. While they can be dimmed, Lutron has specific switches for thier transformer type and none in the dual dimmer configuration. One switch and its fixtures work great, but the other switch and recessed cans need to be on high for about 5 minutes before dimming, otherwise they flicker on and off. This is not the switch's fault. I did not do my research. Also, FYI no face plate is included. Great product and speedy service getting it!

I installed this dimmer to control a set of recessed lights over my fireplace and also over my couch. The switch was ease to wire up and works great! The coolest feature about this dimmer is that when the lights are on and you press in one (or both) switch(es), the lights are set to turn off on a timer. The longer you depress the switch the longer the timer is set (up to 60 seconds). Its a really cool feature that I use when I am leaving the house in the morning for work.

The dimmer also has a small rectangular button on the very bottom. When you pull it out, it kills the power to the switch and fixtures that the switch controls. According to the directions that came with this item, it is used only for changing bulbs in the lights hooked to it. Not an extremely important or neccessary feature but cool none the less and not one I have seen on a switch before. When you are done changing bulbs, you simply push the button back in and the power is restored.

The reason I only gave this switch 4 stars is because the lights controlled by this dimmer make a low humming noise when they are on. I am unsure if this is do to the dimmer or the ballast in the fixtures themselves. But it is such a low hum that when my tv is on I can't hear it at all.

Works great with EcoSmart 6" LED lamps and halogen bulbs. Doesn't switch off all the way with some other brands, including some LED bulbs purchased through Amazon. These lamps flicker when the switch is in the OFF position. I have installed 9 of these in my house and they are great for setting different lighting moods. I highly recommend them and don't understand why Home Depot and Lowes (actually Lowes carries only the whites) don't carry them. Just be ready to test and return many LED lamp varieties that flicker with them.

Love this dual-dimmer switch. As far as I can tell it's the only one of its kind. The buttons are responsive and the faint green glow from the LEDs when they're off helps you find the switch in a dark room. The only negative is that even when the lights are set to full power they still emit a faint hum as if they are dimmed a little bit, and perhaps are not as bright as they were when they were on regular switches. Even so, the difference in light level is barely perceptible and not an issue for my use.

As one of the other reviewers wrote-this does NOT work with low-voltage lighting. If you verrrry carefully read the description it says that it works with halogen and incandescent.

Guess what-that's only 120V halogen or incandescent bulbs. Yesyou may have a 120V line going to the lite fixture, but there could be a low-voltage transformer hiding in the fixture. To be sure, pull the bulb out. If it does not say 120V on the bulb, this dimmer will not work.

The worse problem is that I purchased the dimmer before the job started. Now that the job is completed, the dimmer goes in, it does not work, and..... yep, you guessed it.

I was outside of the Amazon return window. That's an expensive $48 that I have to eat.

It sure would be helpful if the product description specifically called out the incompatibility!
