The picture doesn't show the size of the lite but it fits perfect on my running hat. I'm getting a second one to put on my back because you can also make it blink red!

I keep it in my camping backpack for those times that I don't care to wear a headlamp with straps. No issues with it falling out of the holder. Red light was nice to keep from blinding my fellow campers.

I used to have a ballcap that had some built-in lights. It was pretty handy for camping and the like. However, it was $15.00, and eventually it gave up the ghost. SInce all the wiring was internal, I tossed it.

I have a few headlamps, but the Significant Other does not like being seen with me when I wear one. Since she is okay with ball caps, this fits the bill socially.

Operationally, it works well, is plenty bright, and I definitely like the different modes it supports. The articulation is nice as well, when you need to point it further down than you want your cap pointed.

Only detractor is that it occasionally comes out of the clear plastic holder unintentionally. Not when I am using it, mind you, but when I am NOT using it so I sometimes do not notice that it is gone, which can lead to a search when I want to find it. Since it is pretty small, it can be hard to find.

All in all, a great price, and a good item to have in the govebox, backpack and toolcart.
